How to Find Best Paid to Read Email Profits - Free Paid to Read Email Tips

Best Paid to Read Emails Programs
How NOT to Get Into Scam

PTR programs are a great way to make money, because it requires no big knowledge from you. You shouldn’t be a seasoned Internet marketer, or successful affiliate with big list of subscribers, or SEO guru.

You get paid just for reading emails with ads, and this can be your residual profit of $200 to $2,000 (it depends upon how you do that and how you use the tips of this industry).

BUT, THERE IS A PROBLEM
SCAM in PTR PROGRAMS

Use these tips to make sure that you prevent yourself from messing up with scam PTR:

  • Do your homework about PTR program

Dig forums, home business communities, review site to see if your company has been paying nice money to others.

  • Get in contact with someone from the company authorities

When you talk with CEO who is saying “Yes, we are real, we pay money, and we have an officially registered company located at XXX XXX XXX” - this is more encouraging.

  • Proofs

As a sample of proofs I would recommend you to check this profit screenshot or it this video proof where the guy logs to his account and shows he was paid (the video proof is free, but asks to submit your name and emails, but you can unsubscribe later).

Semantic Based Search - Efficient Semantic Search

Semantic Based Search
Too Much to Expect From?

The Internet, search engines, SEO specialists and the average owners of web sites and blogs are expecting to see the advent of new quality of searching - with the help of semantic search standards.

Perhaps any big search engine, and lots of smaller ones, have claimed to start working in this direction. But is there much beyond these claims?

Recently I got a message from a buddy to check new semantic search engine - www.Powerset.com This engine is supposed to be focusing on semantic based search and this is seen from one of the options that says ‘Unlock Meaning’

Well, interesting, let’s check.

I must say that I am very impatient about seeing the advent of the new quality of searching, semantic searching including. That is why I am VERY picky about projects that make people think they deliver the new level of understanding what truly stands behind the human language. Due to this I am experienced in giving semantic search engine “tough” keywords.

One of the tough keywords for semantic engines of the current level is “link exchange script” - I know it from my experience, because “link” is quite a basic notion for the whole net, “exchange” can be about money or traffic or Forex trading “script” is about programming. As you can see - a pretty tough keyword with multiple options for different niches of our life. But this is what a good semantic search should do - get a clear picture of all possible meanings’ variations and choose the best.

After submitting “link exchange script” to Powerset.com I saw that the talks about unlocking meaning are premature at the moment. Check it yourself - I quote top 10 results:

  1. Oracle bone script - about Chinese characters
  2. LINK - about Econometric Forecasting Association and money
  3. Eastern Nagari script - about script in Medieval India
  4. Foreign Exchange Market
  5. Telephone exchange
  6. Recurring characters in The Legend of Zelda series
  7. Seal script
  8. Arabic alphabet
  9. Script - about the word in general
  10. Gurmukhi script

Sorry guys and gals, but if you submit the same keywords “link exchange script” to Google or Yahoo, you will see that they (without claiming they have made too much about semantic search, they say they just started to work with meaning) show A LOT MORE RELEVANT results.

So, if the already existing search engines are much better about showing the relevant results, maybe the idea to crack language meaning is the wrong direction for search engines?

Or, maybe, this should be solved via other strategies, ways, ideas, etc.

P.S. Unfortunately cannot find exact quote URL, but Google admitted that within the nearest 5 years it’s too early to talk about professional cracking of the meaning of human language and, hence, about full scope semantic based search.

Marina Hot for Words - New Type of Successful Blogging Thinking

Friday, May 30th, 2008

Hot Girl + Smart Brain + Video Blogging =

This is what Marina from Hot for Words is about (I am referring to the site http://www.HotforWords.com). And this has proven to be a true success in blogging (video blogging in particular).

A beautiful woman explains the origin of the words. Who might think that this is a viable business idea? It is!!

Marina’s YouTube channel has - fasten your seat belts - 74,240 subscribers with over 2,800,000 views. Heck, I am sure traffic gurus would eat their hats, socks or anything else to have the same fame and popularity.

Ok, Nice Lady has a Blog? So What?!

This issue is a lot beyond nice looking women with talent for words. This is a perfect example of the blogging to come to a new well-rumored stage - video blogging, in this particular case - hero-based or personage-based video blogging, when all video content is about one and the same person.

And Marina from Hot for Words is a perfect proof that video blogging can be absolutely successful.

These are the key elements for the success of video blogging:

  • great idea
  • possibility to add new video content on a regular (better frequent) basis
  • attractive hero/personage (this is not necessarily beauty, but peoples’ hearts must accept you in, the virtual person from the blog must be exciting to look at and follow)
  • interactivity (Marina asks to send her words and she will explain the meaning)

Welcome to the new era of blogging - we are already in!

Social News Websites - Why Most of Them Do Not Help

Monday, May 26th, 2008

Social News Websites are
Considered to be Great
In Spreading the Word about Interesting Info
From Your Blog…

This is true, but the majority of social networks news sites are BAD for it. The reason is simple: after lots of social news portals appeared on the market, they started to be heavily used for promotion of all types of content - good and bad.

Hence, these social news networks reacted to the spam and introduced different mechanisms to cut off cheaters from their networks. Unfortunately, most of the social news portals did it in a very lame and unprofessional way. With these measures they have cut off good users as well as bad, and made the process of news submitting very user-unfriendly.

I decided to run a research on the market of social news websites and have investigated around 50 social news sites - out of which I came up with only 5 sites that are really great in helping you to make the rest of the world learn about quality content on your site and blog.

Before you read the list, I would like to explain what criteria I used to select the sites:

  • Multi niche social news portals

I do not have anything against niche social networks, but people with site and blogs from different niches will be reading this post, that is why I focused on the networks that will work for all.

  • User friendly news submission

This is a big problem. Trying to fight spam most of the networks have introduced severe precautions. For example, moderation before publishing. I have nothing against it, but when this moderation needs up to 48 hours to get my news published - this is a waste. For example, I am running a news line from poker event and need to make my info get give several times a day, for a few days in a row.

Do you imagine how I can do that with this moderation? My first news will be published only after the whole poker event is over! That is why it’s a waste.

I believe and will prove it by the end of the post that there are networks that handle spam and violations effectively without any prior news moderations.

  • Do follow on outgoing links

For me, this is not a must. But it is a great SEO boost when every news you create gives you an extra backlink. This is just great! Though, once again, this is not the decisive factor to consider.

  • Self promotion allowed

Many sites say - “no self promotion.” By this they mean that you cannot publish news about your sites and blogs. I am against it. I understand that news should be news, not a blatant promo. By the way, those who try to use promos in news never see great traffic. But it is absolutely insane to prohobit me to let the rest of the world know about important news worthy info on my site or blog.

So, having taking these factors into account, I came up with the list of these 5 social news websites that fit my criteria for spreading the word about content.

1. Reddit.com

Reddit.com - social news portal

Reddit.com has one tiny disadvantage - it does not allow you doing news submissions in a row: it creates gaps of 5-7 minutes between every new submission. But this is handable - in my experience I never had published news faster :) And it helps to fight bots, which is a good example of fighting against spam.

2. Mixx.com

Mixx.com - social news portal

3. Searchles.com

Searchles.com - social news portal

One issue about Searchles.com - it takes some time before you see your news published. But this does not mean that the site is banning you, it just needs some time to get it before the eyes of other readers.

4. Earthfrisk.com

Earthfrisk.com - social news portal

5. Digg.com - the last, but not the least!

Digg.com - social news portal

Up to now this market giant is my favorite, and not only because it’s big. Digg.com is a great example how it is possible to fight spammy promotion news, without making the whole submission process tough and user-unfriendly. If your post gets many bad comments or downgrades from the Digg.com readers, it will get reviewed by a human being/moderator and - in case you break the rules - your account gets closed.

This is how it shold be done! When this post is read by some of the “other” social news networks owners or administrators, please take the suggestion into account. Otherwise with unprofessional restrictions you make it VERY HARD to show the rest of the world worthy info in a quick and easy way.

How to Maximize Google AdSense Earnings and Give Internet Freedom

Let’s Make Google Search Results
Even Better!

Vote for "Google Results Without AdSense" Option!

How about introducing an option for Google surfers to choose the mode of surfing Google and see the same sites but with Google AdSense being not displayed?

At first sight it seems that many will lose money, but let’s dig deeper into the issue and you will see that advantages to major players are serious.

  1. Google surfers get into a more friendly medium where they do not need to become ad blind. So, a portion of people who are tired to see sites done just for AdSense will be happy. And those who decided to see the sites with ads being displayed - will be very motivated to see the ads.
  2. Site and blog publishers will get better click through rate on their AdSense ads, because the surfers who said ‘yes’ to displaying ads on these pages did it with the desire to see more good results. There people are more targeted for the ads and will click on the ads better.
  3. The advertisers are more happy, because money is paid only to the people who agreed to see ads. That is why advertisers are getting better quality of clicks.
  4. Google is happy. Why? Because surfers are happy, publishers are happy, and advertisers are happy. And Google is very interested for these three big players to be happy.

As you can see, no one gets ripped off. If done properly, this should result in maximizing the profits from Google AdSense program to all its participants.

Let’s Give Google a Chance
To Become Better

Publish your comments to this post and if we see that many people are for introducing this option, official letter will be sent to Google and Matt Cutts (Matt is faster to see that) and we will see this in real life.

Cheating with Keywords Research Tool and Peoples’ Minds

Thursday, April 10th, 2008

In this post I am going to show you how SOME Internet marketing gurus and cheating inexperienced people and playing with their minds.

This post was ‘inspired’ by one of my friends and business partners in Sweden. From time to time he sends me email from the guy who is very popular as Internet marketer in Sweden and, perhaps, other Scandinavian countries. I treat these emails with irony, because usually this Internet marketing "guru" sends to his newsletter base the "new" strategies and tips that are quite often 2-4 years old.

This is not a crime. It’s le’s say on the verge, but nothing bad.

But one of the latest emails that my friend got from this "guru" was a shock for me - he crossed the line. The guy was boasting to his base how quickly he got 1st page in Google for a very competitive keyword. He lied because his keyword was not competitive at all.

What this "guru" did can cheat many people who are not SEO experts. So what he showed as a proof was typing a keywords in Google search field and saying, ‘You see, it has over 500k results in Google and I am 1st page close to top over a short period of time.’

I just can imagine what effect this can produce on people. Wow! The guy is telling the truth - look, he’s 1st page for over hundreds of thousands of results.

That is why I decided to create a short and simple video that explains how you can measure your real competition. Because typing the keywords into Google is not showing you the real competitors. It just shows the pages that have SOME of these keywords on the page or in the incoming links to that page.

You can see the video where I show how to search your real competition the WRONG and the RIGHT way.

That is why - the next time a "guru" or SEO company shows you their site or blog or whatever on the 1st page in Google as a proof - make sure you follow this advice and check if these keywords are THAT competitive when being searched like explained in my video.

This will show how trustworthy they are and will save you much nerves, money and time.

High Ranking on Search Engines - Upper Case vs Lower Case Trick

Sunday, March 9th, 2008

Fighting for High Ranking on Search Engines
For Your Keywords?

Do You Know the
Upper Case vs Lower Case Trick?

When fighting for your keywords make sure that you are not leaving extra traffic on the table. And you can be doing that, because Google treats keywords with upper case and lower case in a different way.

You can try it yourself, but we decided to provide an example for you and typed into Google (from the same IP address) two search phrases: "best apple ipod" and "Best Apple iPod". As you can see, these are the same search phrase which should produce the same results after submitting them for search in Google.

However if you try these phrases in Google, you will get a little different picture.

Please compare the 2 screenshots below.

Screenshot #1 is showing Google search results for "best apple ipod"

high ranking on search engines

And screenshot # 2 is showing the results for "Best Apple iPod"

High Ranking on Search Engines

You can see that results 4 and 5 for seemingly the same phrase are different. If you dig deeper into this issue yourself, you will see that for most of the results the sites are the same, but not the same. And having #3 instead of #7 on the 1st page of Google can be a big difference when it comes to traffic volume.

What Tips Can We Grab
From this Experiment?

First of all, you can see that there is a difference between upper case and lower case. And not so many web site owners know about it. We have seen the rumor to start appearing only on a few specialized forums. This means you can beat many competitors in your niche if you focus on gathering backlinks with upper case words instead of lower case words.

Another important issue to consider - are your clients using it upper case in Google? This is serious, because you can spend much efforts on building backlinks with upper case anchor words, whereas no one would type it with upper case words into Google. The majority of people are "in a hurry" when using Google and will hardly spend extra seconds to switch from upper to lower case.

However, some still may do that. If you can spot the difference and know for sure that, let’s say, 2% of your potential surfers do that - well, you have an ace in the sleeve to get high ranking on search engines for this phrase.
